Our Essentially Her’s initiative is driven by purpose and rooted in the desire to forge a greater path for others to follow. We have devised programs to aid in closing the informational gap for young girls in understanding the importance of hygienic maintenance, grooming, and reproductive health. We provide basic necessities, education materials, mentorship, and resources to create a forum where all girls feel both prepared and comfortable to ask questions so that they feel equipped to take charge of their health.

Our original Essentially Her’s informational booklet was created by our founder with her own loved ones in mind. She wanted them to know how to use each item in the kit and also provide them with insights that she and her peers may have had to learn the hard way. We now offer that same booklet digitally on our website to make sure it is easily accessible to all girls who may find themselves with questions that they need answered.
